Last night, I decided to make what I call a cooked salad.
I sautéed the following…
*broccoli
*kale
*spinach
*swiss chard
*collard greens
*red bell pepper
*yellow bell pepper
… along with some fajita cut beef strips, garlic paste, black pepper, and truffled sea salt.
After cooking, I sliced baby tomatoes across the top and added some romaine lettuce.
I also added some guacamole after I took the picture. (Everything’s better with guacamole.)
It was delicious.
